PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly carry food dishes which are disposable and have no bottom rim, e.g. paper dishes without damaging the commodities on each of the dishes for the commodities and under a condition where they are easily handled by customers. SOLUTION: In this eating and drinking counter, a crescent chain is provided on a base 12. In this case, dishes 10 for commodities with no bottom rim on which the commodities 14 are placed are respectively placed on each of placing parts 20 for the dishes for the commodities stood on the top face of each plate 18 of the crescent chain 16 and they are circulated and carried on the crescent chain 16.
