SOLUTION: In this pneumatic tire, a ratio between a surface roughness Ra1 of a tread rubber arranged at a position of 60% to 80% with a center part of a tread development width as a center and a surface roughness Ra2 of a tread rubber arranged in a remaining shoulder region satisfies 8μm>Ra1>2μm, 12μm>Ra2>6μm, and 0.95>(Ra1/Ra2)>0.5.
