PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for a plaster member having a soft flexibility, not strongly pushing an affected part or the like, and having a comfortable touching sense. SOLUTION: This film is formed in such a way that surface layers including low density of polyethylene and/or series chain-like low density of polyethylene are piled on at least one surface of a basic layer formed of 10 to 70 wt.% of resin group of polypropylene and 90 to 30 wt.% of thermoplastic elastomer. Surface roughness (10 point average roughness (Rz) standardized by JIS B 0601) of at least one surface of the film is 1 to 80μm, and layer thickness rate the basic layer and the surface layer is the basic layer/the surface layer = 1/1 to 20/1.
