PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition capable of exhibiting an improved impact strength, etc., especially a good modulus of elasticity, rupture stress, etc., under a load of tension and retaining the transparency by including a specific (co)polymer, an impact reinforcing agent and a specified coplymer. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) 80-89 wt.% preferably 81-88 wt.% of a thermoplastic methacrylic (co)polymer consisting essentially of methyl methacrylate, (B) 6-15 wt.%, preferably 10-15 wt.% of one or more kinds of impact reinforcing agents and (C) 1-5 wt.% of one or more kinds of copolymers containing a polyamide and a polyether sequences. A copolymer comprising 51-100 wt.%, preferably 80-99 wt.% of methyl methacrylate unit and 0-49 wt.%, preferably 1-20 wt.% of a comonomer unit containing an ethylenic unsaturation copolymerizable with the methyl methacrylate is preferred as the component A. An acrylic, a methacrylic monomers, etc., are cited as the component C.
