PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically cut a rolled film by a predetermined length with a simple structure by feeding the rolled film by driving a motor, stopping the feeding by reading a marking on the film by a sensor, and cutting the film at a stop position. SOLUTION: A film 2 is fed by rotating a feeding roller 10 by driving a motor 6. When a sensor 17 reads out a marking on the film 2, the motor 6 is stopped and the feeding of the film 2 is stopped. In this condition, the film 2 is drawn out to be contacted with a cutter 9, and a weight plate 19 is upwardly pushed and rotated on a surface of the film 2, whereby a switch 21 mounted at an upper rotating side of the weight plate 19 is turned on, and a driving signal is transmitted to the motor 6 to feed the film 2 again. Simultaneously with this operation, the film contacted with the cutter 9 is cut at a contact part.
