摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce ceramic electronic parts high in reliability by suppressing the diffusion of silver, having a silver electroconductive pattern on a glass ceramic sintered body which is obtained by using, as a main component, BaO- TiO2-ReO3/2 dielectric ceramic powder. SOLUTION: The method for producing the ceramic electronic parts comprises the process of mixing a BaO-TiO2-ReO3/2 (Re represents one of rare earth elements) dielectric ceramic powder with a glass powder to obtain a glass ceramic mixed powder, the process of forming the glass ceramic mixed powder into a prescribed form to form a glass ceramic formed body, the process of imparting a silver electroconductive pattern on the glass ceramic formed body and the process of heating the glass ceramic formed body with the silver electroconductive pattern with a temp. raising rate of >=10 deg.C/min in the temp. range equal to or higher than t2=500 deg.C and carrying out heat treating in the temp. range for a total sintering time (T4-T1) of 20 to 90 min.
