PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extracting apparatus which is cheap in cost and easy to assemble by reducing heaters and its control system. SOLUTION: This beverage extracting apparatus has a water-supplying tank 2, a water-boiling tank 5 having a heater 3A, water-supplying pipe 7 which connects the water-supplying tank 2 and the water-boiling tank 5, a chamber 8 for setting coffee powder, tea leaves, or the like, an outlet pipe 9 through which high temperature water in the water-boiling tank 5 is introduced to the upper side of the chamber 8, a container 10 to store extracted liquid from the chamber 8, a warmer 12 having a heater for keeping the temperature of the liquid in the container 10, and a temperature control mechanism for controlling the heaters to obtain a predetermined temperature. Using this apparatus, the high temperature water in the water-boiling tank 5 is introduced to the chamber 8, coffee, tea or the like is extracted from the lower part of the chamber 8 and the container 10 storing this extracted liquid is heated with the warmer 12. In this case, the temperature control mechanism has a boiling and temperature-keeping means for boiling and keeping the temperature of the water in water-boiling tank 5 with only a high-temperature heater 3A, and an extracted-liquid temperature-keeping means for keeping the temperature of the extracted liquid with only a low-temperature heater 3B. |
