PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a polyp in such a way as to avoid bleeding after a surgical operation by surely cauterizing a blood vessel passing inside the polyp. SOLUTION: In this snare, elastic wires on both right and left sides between the front end and the rear end of a snare loop 3 differ in length to such an extent that at a position where the end portion 3a of the snare loop 3 approaches the end of a sheath 1 from outside, the end portion 3a deviates from the front face of the end of the sheath 1 and is drawn into the sheath 1 by towing of an operating wire 2. |
