PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press molding material composition having good flowability and moldability by specifying a compound amount of a filler, its viscosity and an exponent, with regard to a compound having no tack obtained by mixing, compounding and aging a thermosetting resin, a thermoplastic polymer, a thickening agent, a filler and a curing agent as essential components. SOLUTION: A temperature at aging is a room temperature to 50 deg.C. A compounding amount of a filler is V2/V1=0.5-1.0 (wherein V1 is a volume concentration of the filler at the maximum resin absorption amount of a thermosetting resin to the filler; and V2 is a volume concentration of the filler in an actual compounding). A viscosity of a compound is 5.0 E+6 to 1.0 E+9 mPa.s/20-30 deg.C. An exponent of the compound is 0.2-0.8/65 deg.C in measuring with an elevated flow tester. The thermosetting resin is an epoxy acrylate resin or the like. A thermoplastic resin is a polystyrene or the like. A thickening agent is a metallic oxide or the like. The filler is silica or the like. A curing agent is benzol peroxide or the like. |
