PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin liquid preparation containing crotamiton and urea, excellent in feeling after applied and physicochemical stability as well, and applicable to the whole body. SOLUTION: This skin liquid preparation for external use which contains crotamiton and urea is obtained by also formulating a nonionic surfactant and a fat-and-oil. For this liquid preparation thus obtained, a favorable emulsified condition can be attained owing to the formulation of the hydrophilic nonionic surfactant and the fat-and-oil liquid at room temperature, leading to no necessity of adding large quantities of alcohol or glycolic acid to the preparation, therefore affording the objective liniment excellent in feeling after applied with low skin irritancy.
