PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cataplasm useful as a blood coagulation inhibitor or prophylactic/therapeutic agent for thrombosis by making the cataplasm include a medicament reserve layer comprising a specific aromatic amidine derivative or the like and a percutaneous absorption promoter so as to improve the percutaneous absorbability of the above aromatic amidine derivative or the like. SOLUTION: This cataplasm is obtained by including a medicament reserve layer comprising (A) an aromatic amidine derivative of formula I [R1 is H or a lower alkoxyl; R2 is H, a lower alkyl or the like; R3 is H, carboxyl or the like; R4 is H, a halogen or the like; n is 0-4; A is a 1-4 alkylene or the like optionally substituted with 1-2 carboxyl(s) or the like; X is a single bond, O, S or the like; Y is a (substituted) five- to six-membered heterocyclic ring or the like; a group of formula II is indolyl, naphthyl or the like], a salt thereof, solvent thereof or solvate of a salt thereof and (B) a percutaneous absorption promoter in the weight ratio B/A or pref. 0.01-100.
