DEPOSITION PREVENTING METHOD OF ORGANIC SLUDGE TREATED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deposition of an organic sludge treated material on the inside surface of a device or a duct for transporting or storing the organic sludge treated material by transporting and storing the powdery or granular organic sludge treated material formed by mixing organic sludge with lime under an atmospheric temp. equal to above the dew point. SOLUTION: The organic sludge in a sludge hopper 11 is transported to a mixing device 16 through a screw feeder 13 and a sludge pump 14. The lime in a lime tank 12 is transported to the mixing device 16 through a screw feeder 15. The organic sludge treated material formed by mixing in the mixing device 16 is transported to a firing device 23 through a granulation device 17 and a raw material tank 20 and stored in a product storage tank 24. In such a case, the atmospheric temp. is kept to equal to or above the dew point by hot air supplied from a blowing device. As a result, the condensation of steam is prevented and the deposition of the organic sludge treated article on the inside surface of the device or the duct is simply and surely prevented.
