PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise and improve the cooling effect of a construction machine, an agricultural machine or the like (hereafter, simply referred to as a construction machine) such as a hydraulic shovel, a self loader, a bulldozer, a wheel loader and a crawler loader in relation to the cooling structure of the construction machine. SOLUTION: An engine 8 is provided in an engine room ER surrounded by a partition wall W, an engine cooling radiator 18 cooling at least the engine 8 is provided in the outside of the engine room ER, and cooling water cooled by the radiator 18 is circulated in the engine 8 through pieces of piping 18a, 18b to cool the engine 8. Air heated in the engine room ER is sucked by using the exhaust pressure of the engine 8 provided in the engine room ER to provide an ejector EJ discharged in the outside of the engine room ER, and the reduction of noise generated during the operation of a construction machine and the improvement of cooling effect can be contrived.
