<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occupying space, and reduce the costs for the storage until a content fluid is filled, and the transport or the like by capacity-reduce-deforming the whole body, excepting the mouth section, of a thin bottle made of a synthetic resin, which is blow-molded, into a flat shape in a manner to be restorable to the original shape, and handling the flatly deformed capacity-reduced bottles by stacking a large number of them. SOLUTION: A thin bottle made of a synthetic resin, which is formed by a blow-molding means or the like into a bottle of a thin thickness, is constituted in such a manner that at the upper end of a cylindrical body section 2 having a bottom section 5, a cylindrical mouth section 4 is erected and connected to through a shoulder section 3. In this case, by pressing the body section 2 of the thin bottle in the lateral direction, the body section 2 and the shoulder section 3 are crushed and deformed. At the same time, the bottom section 5 is rotated in the vertical direction, and the whole body excepting the mouth section 4 is capacity-reduced into a flat shape. Then, a large number of the capacity-reduced bottles 1a, which are capacity-reduced into the flat shape, are superposed in the lateral direction, and housed in a corrugated fiber board box 6 or the like, or bound, and thus, the handling such as the storage or the transport is performed. By this constitution, the costs for the storage until a content fluid is filled, and the transport are reduced, and at the same time, the efficiency of the handling work is improved.</p> |
