GROUTING MATERIAL AND GROUT CASTING METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grouting material applicable in the case of requiring a long-term durability (e.g. >=3 years) and usable for stopping the flow of water and/or reinforcement of water-bearing ground, especially water-bearing ground in a state of existing clear and fresh water (substantially not containing seawater). SOLUTION: This suspension type grouting material is useful for stopping the flow of water and/or reinforcement of water-bearing ground and is obtained by using a cement and water glass. The cement comprises 3CaO.SiO2, 2CaO.SiO2, 3CaO.Al2O3, 4CaO.Al2O3.Fe2O3 and gypsum as the components in the ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 (weight ratio) of 7-12 in the cement components.
