PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance unexpectedness and fashionableness, by having a mark such as an emblem attached to a center of a tire recognized even when the tire rotates. SOLUTION: A support plate 6 is mounted vertically to an inside of a body case 1 whose front surface provided with a transparent cover 5 attached thereto, and a bearing 12 is mounted horizontally to a center of the support plate 6. A shaft 13 penetrates the bearing 12 and is freely supported by the bearing 12. Weight attached plates 14, 14 each of which is provided with a weight 16 at its lower part are connected to both ends of the shaft 13, an emblem 18 is attached to a front surface of the weight attached plate 14 at the transparent cover 5 side, and the body case 1 is mounted to a center of a vehicle wheel. |
