PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the resistance to weather and prevent the perforation phenomenon of outer appearance caused by the corrosion of deposited metal for a light shielding thermal insulating film formed of a high density printed polyethylene film of superior strength and a polyethylene terephthalate film of superior transparency and strong deposition strength stuck together or for a light-shielding thermal insulating net formed of the cut light shielding thermal insulating film. SOLUTION: A polyethylene terephthalate film 3 with its one face metallized or an aluminum foil or both of them are stuck on both faces of a high density oriented polyethylene film 2 to prevent the deterioration of the high density oriented polyethylene film and also prevent the corrosion from being seen through from outside when a deposited metal layer 32 is corroded by forming the metal layer of two-layer structure.
