PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rain water or muddy water from being sucked in an air cleaner case even if a body cover is not caused by communicating the upper stream side air chamber in the air cleaner case to the atmosphere through the other air chamber for introducing air. SOLUTION: The interior of this air cleaner 25 is defined by an upper stream side air chamber 31 and a lower stream side air chamber 32, an air introducing air chamber 41 is communicated to the atmosphere through an air inlet 39 formed on a side wall 37, and communicated to the upper stream side air chamber 31 through a communicating pipe 38. Meanwhile, sprung muddy water or the like is sucked in the air introducing air chamber 41 together with air, but because the speed of air flow is temporarily lowered in the air chamber 41, it is separated from the air in the air chamber 41, flows on the bottom of the air chamber 41, and when engine speed is lowered and flow speed of air at the air inlet 39 is lowered, it is drained from the air inlet 39. Hereby, rain water or muddy water can be obstructed to be sucked in the air cleaner without using a body cover. |
