PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to maintain crime preventiveness and ease of destruction, good moisture resistance, penetration resistance and high transparency for a long period of time by holding an organic resin film containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer at its peripheral edges and a polyvinyl butyral resin in the parts exclusive thereof. SOLUTION: The sandwich glass for crime prevention of automobiles is obtained by holding the organic resin film 2 between two glass sheets 1 and 3. The organic resin film 2 contains the ethylenevinyl acetate copolymer in the peripheral edges of the glass sheets and at least the portions existing in the upper edges and contains the polyvinyl butyral resin in the portions existing in the region of a central part 2B exclusive of the portions described above. The organic resin film is formed by molding the resins to respective separate sheet forms, press bonding these sheets to the respective prescribed positions or applying their liquids to the respective prescribed regions. The thickness of the organic resin film 2 is preferably 0.1 to 1.0 mm and the thickness of the glass sheets 1 and 3 is 1 to 10 mm. This sandwich glass is adequately used as door glass or fitting glass. |
