PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power cost for an air fan for supplying heated air from an air heater to a heat decomposition drum, to increase a steam temperature provided for generation and to improve generating efficiency. SOLUTION: This system is provided with the drum 1 for performing heat decomposition for city refuse (d), a fusing furnace 2 using generated gas (e) generated in the drum 1 as fuel, burning combustible material (h) discharged from the drum 1 and fusing the combustion ash, a waste heat recovering boiler 3 provided at a back flow of the fusing furnace 2, a steam turbine 6 for driving a generator 5 by using steam generated in the boiler 3 and an air heating furnace 10. Hot air (c) generated in the air heating furnace 10 is used as a heat source of the drum 1 and as a heat source of a superheater 9 for superheating saturated steam generated in the boiler 3. |
