PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make sure that the oil content is separated from wastewater, even when the content is high by providing wastewater treatment device comprising a centrifugal separator for separating a solid filth from the wastewater and an oil/water separator for separating a mixture liquid of water and oil now free from the solid filth into the water and the oil and fitting a reticular bag to the centrifugal separator. SOLUTION: Wastewater sucked into a centrifugal separator 2 is filtered using a reticular bag fitted to the interior of a rotating cylinder 22 of the centrifugal separator 2 to separate the solid content, which is, in turn, disposed of as a captured refuse. Next, the liquid now free from the solid content separated by the centrifugal separator 2 is sucked into an oil/water mixture tank 33 maintained at a negative pressure through a gap formed above a partition 35, with the help of a suction pump 4 mounted atop the oil/water separation tank 34 of an oil/water separator 3. In the oil/water mixture tank 33, the oil and the water are violently stirred into an oil/water mixture, which, in turn, passes through a small liquid passage opening 38 formed below the partition 35 to be slowly sent into the oil/water separation tank 34. In the tank 34, the oil/water mixture is separated by specific gravity difference to an upper layer for the oil and a lower layer for the water.
