PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily removable a ball counting and pay-out device from an enclosure at the time of maintenance such as for inspection, repairing and cleaning, classifying treatment in the case of disposal and recycle of useful material. SOLUTION: A ball feeding means of this ball counting and pay out device comprises a driving motor 2, a base 3 to which the driving motor 2 is to be fitted, driving means such as a gear device 4 formed by plural gears as a means for transmitting rotation of the driving motor 2 and converting the rotating direction at need, the assembled to the base 3 side, a support shaft 5 connected to the driving shaft of the driving motor 2, and all feeding means such as an impeller 61 loosely supported on the support shaft, a ball guide board 63, an impeller 62, and so on are sequentially assembled into a unit. One-way rotating click 61a, 62a control the rotating direction of impeller 61, 62 in a fixed direction.
