PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily and accurately stick, by himself, a patch to a part of his body where an appropriate sticking position is hard to check directly visually, such as the back. SOLUTION: This aid 10 for sticking a patch includes: a rectangular support plate 20 having a larger area than a patch 70 to be used; a spacer 30 disposed on the outer edge of the support plate; and a rectangular temporary fastening means 40 fixed on one side of the support plate for temporarily releasably retaining the patch to be used. Thus, a user of the patch can accurately determine the position of the patch used relative to an affected part which cannot be directly viewed, and can easily perform a sticking operation by himself.
