PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleanness without dust leakage from a dust collecting chamber and to prevent the deterioration of sucking performance by forming first and second lips in a packing, whose tips are turned in a hole center direction and in an outer peripheral direction from a center with respect to the hole arranged in a support board, and permitting the both tips to be abutted on the surface of the support board. SOLUTION: A projecting part 200a, an inner peripheral lip 200b and the first lip 200c whose tip is turned in the center direction of the hole in the support board 106a and the second lip 200d whose tip is turned in the outer peripheral direction from the center of the hole in the support board 106a are formed in the air-tight packing. Besides, a cylindrical rib 210a is formed at the outer side of a wall surface 210 which constitutes the dust collecting chamber 105 and the third lip 200e which is abutted on the cylindrical rib 210a is formed in the air-tight packing. Then the first and the second lips 200c and 200d are adhered to the support board 106a and abutment is obtained by the double lips so that an adhering area is made to be wide. At the same time, the third lip 200e abutted on the cylindrical rib 210a is adhered to the cylindrical rib 210a by a self-seal effect owing to a inner/outer side air pressure difference.
