PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop the operation of a high frequency oscillator at the time when the liquid to be atomized reaches a prescribed water level or lower. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator 2 fixes a packing 3 on an upper part of a case 1 by a fixing member 4 and a water level detection sensor 7 comprising a metal rod 6 covered with an insulator 5 is fixed in the side part in a manner the sensor is projected to the position higher than the vibrator face and a lead wire 8 connected to the water level detection sensor 7 is connected to a vain burning prevention circuit 9 composed of a shutting circuit and a high frequency oscillator, and an electric power cord 10 connected to an electric power source which is not illustrated is connected to the vain burning prevention circuit 9.
