PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the heat-welded strength easily adjustable, and ensure the peeling property by forming innermost layers, which are confronted with each other, of the bag main body, and a resin tape, which is made to exist between the innermost layers, of an ionomer resin, and at the same time, forming the innermost layers of the bag main body of an olefin based resin which is different from the resin of the resin tape. SOLUTION: This packaging bag 1 seal-stores a plurality of contents in the bag under an isolated state. For such a packaging bag 1, the innermost layers of the bag main body 2 are formed of an olefin based resin, and peripheral edge sections 3 in the vertical and lateral directions of the bag main body 2 are heat-welded to form the packaging bag 1. Then, an intermediate welded section 5, wherein a resin tape comprising an ionomer resin is inserted at an intermediate section in the width direction of the bag main body 2 and peelably heat-welded, is provided in the length direction, and by the intermediate welded section 5, the bag main body 2 is partitioned into two chambers of liquid-tight housing sections 6 and 7. In this case, as the olefin based resin to form the innermost layers of the bag main body 2, a resin, which is normally used for the packaging bag 1, is used. By this constitution, the heat-welded strength can be easily adjusted so that the intermediate welded section 5 may be easily peeled.
