PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a torsion beam. SOLUTION: An installation jig 10 is fixed to a trailing arm 5. The trailing arm 5 is disconnected from a shock absorber 6. The trailing arm 5 is pressed down by the installation jig 10 to set a coil spring 7. A body hook 13b is hooked to a body hole 8c to hang the installation jig 10 from a body 8. When a handle 11a is pressed down, the force thereof is amplified by the principle of a lever, the installation jig 10 is rotated about a rotating shaft 14 to push up the trailing arm 5. All the while, because the body 8 is pulled downward by a wire 13a rise of the body 8 is prevented. Lastly, the shock absorber 6 is connected again to the trailing arm 5.
