PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-protecting film which has a good provisional adhesion and a proper repeated releasability, is excellent in printability after repeated release, and can be used suitably in applications that demand weathering resistance. SOLUTION: The sheet is prepared by laminating on one side of a polyolefin base material an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer obtained by adding a polyethyleneimine alkylcarbamide or a modified product of polyvinyl alcohol and a long-chain alkyl isocyanate to an acrylic polymer obtained by copolymerizing an acrylic monomer with an olefin polymer having reactive groups at the ends.
