<p>A pressure sensitive tape for sealing butted edges of an insulation jacket applied to pipes and the like. The tape includes high-performance acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive which adheres at both low and elevated temperatures and a film adhesion layer on the tape to allow final closure at the job site. As the tape is wrapped around the insulation jacket, the adhesive adheres to the film layer on the upper side of the tape to provide permanent adherence.</p> |
