PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument with a seal quickly dryable, scarcely blurring in a document or the like in stamping, having excellent portability and handling operability, by incorporating the seal impregnated with a quick- dryable ink in a rear end of a barrel. SOLUTION: In the writing instrument with a seal 3 provided at a rear end of a barrel 1 comprising a writing element at a front end of the barrel 1, the seal 3 having a printing element 4 including numerous open-cell pores to impregnate a quick-dryable ink is fixed attached to a rear end hole of the barrel 1, the impression 2 is covered with a cap 2 of a rear end closed state, and the element 4 of the seal 3 is provided detachably at an outer periphery of the rear end of the barrel 1 and completely shielded from the atmosphere. |
