PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracks and breakages from being developed on a sealed film by the vibration and the damage to the sealing properties by transmitting ultrasonic vibration to the sealed film when a base of a cap is welded on a carton by an ultrasonic fusion bonding means. SOLUTION: A cap welding device is provided with a container supporting member 9 inserted into the inside of a carton container 1 and a ultrasonic welding means 10 for heat welding a cap disposed facing the container supporting member 9 and hear is applied while pressing the cap 1 to be fitted on the container 1 to the container supporting member by the ultrasonic welding means to fix the cap on the container, and a vibration absorbing means 20 for absorbing the supersonic vibration is provided on the container supporting member 9 facing the ultrasonic welding means.
