PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently evaporate a thermosetting resin and stably supply vapor of the thermosetting resin. SOLUTION: In a resin evaporation apparatus for evaporating a liquid thermosetting resin 3 by dropwise titrating the liquid thermosetting resin 3 on an evaporation plate 1 in an evaporation chamber 4 in vacuum state and heating the thermosetting resin 3 on the evaporation plate 1, application means 5, 8 to spread the thermosetting resin 3 titrated to the evaporation plate 1 and make the resin in thin film state on the evaporation plate 1.
