PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration and noise at a time of grinding and to shorten a grinding treatment time. SOLUTION: Finely grinding fixed blades 7 are provided to the inner wall of a grinding chamber 4 in the vicinity of the rotary track of rotary blades 6 and roughly grinding fixed blades 8 are provided above the fixed blades 7 and the rotary blades 6 are rotated to grind an article to be treated. The end parts of the roughly grinding fixed blades 8 and those of the finely grinding fixed blades 7 are desirably formed into a sharp shape and the article to be treated is successively ground by the roughly grinding fixed blades 8 and the finely grinding fixed blades 7 and a grinding time can be shortened and, since an impact at a time of grinding is small, vibration and noise can be suppressed. |
