PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the systemic action of a topically administered medicine to be efficiently carried out. SOLUTION: This medication composition for percutaneous administration, administration through mucous membrane, intradermal administration, subcutaneous administration or intramuscular administration contains (A) a pharmacodynamic component, and (B) one or more kinds of compounds selected from amantadine, betahistine, eperisone and their acid-addition salts. The pharmacodynamic component A is selected from an anitithrombotic drug, an anticoagulant drug, an antihypertensive drug, a steroid drug, a nonsteroid antiinflammatory drug a hormonal drug, an analgesic, an antimicrobial drug, an antiarrhythmic drug, a therapeutic drug for urinary disturbance and a bronchodilator.
