PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet and a damping member which is excellent in mechanical characteristics such as rigidity, and shows excellent damping property in the wide range from a low frequency to a high frequency. SOLUTION: A rigid layer, which is comprised of a rigid polymer (A) and an elastic layer, which is comprised of an elastic polymer (B) are laminated to each other. The rigid polymer (A) includes a polymer (a), which is comprised of methacylate ester monomer and/or acrylic ester monomer, and other monomer, which is used, as required, copolymerizable therewith, and the flexural modulus of elasticity of the polymer (A) is 25,000-35,000 kg/cm2. The elastic polymer (B) includes a polymer (b), which is comprised of methacylate ester monomer and/or acrylic ester monomer, and other monomer which is used, as required, copolymerizable therewith, and the flexural modulus of elasticity of the polymer (B) is 5000-15000 kg/cm2.
