PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a hermetic property of highly volatile liquefied cosmetics such as mascara liquid so as to provide a safety function by arranging a means for regulating the rotation starting position and the rotation limit position in turning an opening regulating ring and a bottle part for restricting axial movement of a neck part. SOLUTION: When an opening adjusting ring 20 in a liquefied cosmetics container 1 is turned counterclockwise in the vision from the upper side to a bottle 40, an external thread 12 in a neck part 10 screwed to an internal thread part 21 inside the opening adjusting ring 20 and a lower engaging thread part in the neck part 10 are engaged with the inside engaging thread part 32 in a support ring 30. In the supporting ring 30 itself, by means of a rotation stopper serving as a rotating means synchronous with the bottle 40, a feeding mechanism is operated when the bottle 40 and the opening adjusting ring 20 are turned relatively to each other, so that the neck part 10 moves downward while turning synchronously with the bottle 40 according to the rotation of the opening adjusting ring 20. Therefore, an opening adjusting part 13 presses an opening adjusting part abutting face 5b in an elastic body 5 downward so as to increase the degree of opening of a central opening part 5d.
