PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a propylene-based resin composition which shows excellence in transparency, flexibility and impact resistance at a low temperature and shows no tackiness. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises a polypropylene component and a copolymer component of propylene and ethylene and/or a 4C to 18Cα-olefin and is characterized in that (I) an eluting fraction up to 80 deg.C is 50 to 99 wt.% of the total weight, an eluting fraction above 80 deg.C is 50 to 1 wt.% of the total weight and an eluting fraction up to 0 deg.C is not less than 10 wt.% of the total weight measured by means of a temperature increase elution separation method using o-dichlorobenzene as a solvent and that (II) a toluene-soluble fraction measured at -40 deg.C is less than 5 wt.% of the total weight.
