PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition useful as a crosslinked rubber molded product excellent in peel strength characteristics, etc., by composing the composition of a specific ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene random copolymer rubber and a hydrogenated nitrile rubber respectively having a spe cific viscosity relationship in a specified weight ratio. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) an ethylene-α-olefin- nonconjugated polyene random copolymer rubber in which the nonconjugated polyene has a constituent unit derived from a norbornene compound represented by formula I (n is 0-10; R1 is H or a 1-10C alkyl; R2 is H or a 1-5C alkyl) or formula II (R3 is H or a 1-10C alkyl) (e.g. 5-vinyl-2-norbornene) and (B) a hydrogenated nitrile rubber in (5/95) to (95/5) weight ratio of the components A/B. The Mooney viscosity [ML1+4 (100 deg.C)] (a) of the component A and the Mooney viscosity [ML1+4 (100 deg.C)] (b) of the component B satisfy the formula 2.0×b>=a>=0.3×b.
