PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement composition which has higher flowability sustainable for a practically sufficient time and superior quick hardening properties as compared with a mixed quick hardening composition conventionally used and accordingly enables shortening of a construction period and efficient execution of construction work. SOLUTION: This cement composition contains: (A) cement consisting essentially of a calcium aluminate based compound(s); and (B) a powdery cement dispersant obtained by adding a reducing inorganic compound and a reducing organic compound to a liquid consisting essentially of a polycarboxylic acid based high molecular compound(s) having a polyalkylene glycol chain, drying the resulting material and pulverizing the dried material. |
