PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous metal plate and its production method involving no expanded resin baking and generating no noxious gas. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a porous metal plate and its production method comprising a forming step of a coil having 0.2-2 mm coil diameter from a metal line having 50-500μm wire diameter, a weaving step using the coil as warp and/or weft and a heat treating step, involving no expanded resin- baking step generating noxious gas and so excellent in preservation of the environment.
