PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform smooth opening/closing operation by preventing inconvenient deformation of an air beam/air mat, by maintaining shape keeping performance of the air beam/air mat, and arranging an air tube for reinforcing the air beam/air mat in the air beam/air mat. SOLUTION: The air beam/air mat 3 for expanding/contracting by taking in and out of air is provided in an opening part 2 of a building as a shutter. Shape keeping performance of the air beam/air mat 3 of an air exhausted/ contracted state is maintained, and the air tube A for reinforcing the air beam/ air mat 3 of an air supplied/expanded state is arranged in the air beam/air mat 3. Thus, at air exhausted/contracted time, the air tube becomes a skeleton state of the contracted air beam/air mat, and can always maintain the almost same shape, and can play a role of reinforcement to external force such as wind pressure at air supplied/expanded time.
