PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure for a corner bead, and a wall substrate material provided with the corner bead capable of securely preventing transfer of condensate from a sash frame, facilitating construction, and improving appearance and design around a sash. SOLUTION: A sash frame 3 is provided at a protruded position on the outdoor side of an inner wall surface 2 of a building, wall substrate materials 1 are fixed to upper parts and both side parts between the sash frame 3 and the inner wall surface, and a corner bead 4 is fixed to a connection part between the sash frame 3 and the wall substrate material 1 in this corner bead installation structure, there a wall substrate material 10 provided with a corner beam in which the corner bead 4 is fixed to a surface at one side part of it is used as the wall substrate material 1, with the wall substrate material 10 provided with the corner bead fixed so that the side of above one side part is applied to the sash frame 3.
