PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an atmosphere from flowing into a liquid storage chamber in a head pushdown type liquid dispensing container and to completely seal the liquid storage chamber before starting to use so as to prevent a content liquid from being oxidized or the like and its virtue from deteriorating even after the container has been preserved for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The liquid dispensing container comprises a cylindrical member 10 with a suction valve 15 with a cylinder 11 hanging into a neck 2, a non- oxygen-permeable sheet 20 having an upper surface of the cylinder 11 sealed, a non-oxygen-permeable liquid storage pack 30 hanging into a container body, a mounting member 40 with a cylinder 43 standing via an inward flange 42 from an upper end of a mounting cylinder 41, and an operating member 60 fitted into the cylinder 43 with a stem 63 standing from a piston 61 with a discharge valve 62 and with an upper part of the stem coupled with a stem fitting cylinder 67. By pressing down the operating member 60 to a lower limit, a cutter 70 at a lower end of the stem 63 can break the sheet 20.
