<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve noncombuistiblity, water repellency, sound absorbing property, deodorizing property, mildew proofing property by mixing diatom earth, pearlite mortal and a reinforcing lath in a prescribed ratio by weight, pouring the mixture into aggregate, aging and forming. SOLUTION: A panel is formed by mixing the diatom earth, the pearlite mortal and the reinforcing lath in the prescribed ratio by weight and pouring the mixture into the aggregate, aging and after that, removing a form. The diatom earth of about 24% (5-6 kg), the pearlite mortal of about 8.5% (1.75-2 kg) and the reinforcing lath of about 0.0047% (0.72-0.8 kg) per the cement of 60% (12.5-13 kg) by wt. are added. The panel is preferably formed by mixing preferably about 2% (1.5-2 kg) wood worked chip such as saw dust thereto. The average particle diameter of the diatom earth is desirably 5μm to 1 mm. The pearlite is obtained by rapidly heating and expanding perlite or obsidian, and as the reinforcing lath, the one obtained by stretching a thin steel sheet, on which various kinds of cut lines are formed, is used.</p> |
