<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cost performance of a small-lot production and the durability of an image and further, enable a sharp image to be formed by first forming the image on at least, one face of a sheetlike member composed mainly of a thermoplastic resin and then thermally molding the sheetlike member. SOLUTION: A sheetlike member comprises a sheet of a thermoplastic resin as a base material and an ink receptive layer for imaging on at least a part of the surface of the base material. The ink receptive layer has an irregular surface the difference between the bottom of the recess of the irregular surface and the apex of the projecting part being 0.5-50μm. For the method to form the ink receptive layer, constituents are mixed with a solvent according to necessity and the mixture is applied to the base material to be dried. On the surface of the ink receptive layer, other layers such as a protecting layer are further formed. Thus it is possible to form a sharp image and ensure the superb durability of the image during thermal molding/stacking by constituting the ink receptive layer as described.</p> |
