PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid repeated sounding and stoppage of tire pressure alarms posed by fluctuations in vehicle speed or by resultant frequent changes of standard pressure values as a criterion of tire pressure anomalies. SOLUTION: If a standard pressure value PS is found equal to a low-speed standard pressure value PSL in S215 and a vehicle speed V exceeding a first standard vehicle speed VH in S220, the tire pressure alarm device changes the standard pressure value PS to a high-speed standard pressure value PSH in S225. If the standard pressure value PS is found equal to the high-speed standard pressure value PSH in S215 and the vehicle speed V falling below a second standard vehicle speed VL smaller than the first standard vehicle speed VH in S245, the tire pressure alarm device changes the standard pressure value PS to the low-speed standard pressure value PSL in S250. The tire pressure alarm device employs the standard pressure value PS thus set in sounding or canceling an alarm for a tire pressure P in S230 to S240.
