PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinder capable of dressing without moving a table, capable of shortening of a work time, also capable of constitution in a small size at a low cost. SOLUTION: This grinder 10 is constituted by arranging a pair of upper/lower grinding wheel shafts (upper grinding wheel shaft, lower grinding wheel shaft) having a grinding wheel 24U, 24L in a column 10B, arranging a main table 11 movably in a right/left direction in the upper surface forward side of a bed 10A, also arranging a dressing device 30 having a dresser unit exclusive use for upper/lower each grinding wheel 24U, 24L between a moving region of the main table 11 in an upper surface of the bed 10A and the column 10B. The dresser unit constitutes a rotary dresser 33 (33U, 33L) capable of separate/ approach movement relating to the grinding wheels 24U, 24L.
