PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently decompose oil by bacteria by collecting the oil in water to the center of the water surface in a water tank, to simplify the connecting structure of an air feed pipe and to improve the handleability in attaching, detaching and replacing the feed pipe. SOLUTION: Plural water tanks 6 to 9 through which the water mixed oil is successively passed are provided, and a culture soln. for oil decomposing bacteria and air are supplied to the water in the tanks 7 to 9 to decompose the oil in water in this sewage treating device. Air feed pipes 29 each having plural injection nozzles for injecting air and formed from a flexible synthetic resin are provided, and the pipes 29 are extended respectively in the tank 7 to 9 almost flush with one another and almost in parallel to the side wall.
