PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a press processing of high accuracy with an adequate clearance. SOLUTION: This punch press is provided with an x axial servomotor 79 which moves a bottom die mounting base 93 in an x axial direction relatively minute against an upper die mounting base 39, and a y axial servomotor 69 which moves the bottom die mounting base 93 in a y axial direction relatively minute against the upper die mounting base 39. A control means is also provided for controlling the x axial servomotor 79 and the y axial servomotor 69 so as to have a punch center and a die hole center matched based on a minute core dislocation volume of the punch center and the die hole center in the x axial direction and the y axial direction when dies 41, 95 are mounted.
