PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work positioning accuracy and fix a stopper to a stretch easily by installing a toggle mechanism to a main body provided with the work stopper which can freely spring up, and fixing the main body to the stretch by bringing the toggle mechanism into contact with the stretch while turning it downward. SOLUTION: A toggle mechanism D is installed to a main body 40 via a bracket 41. If a lever 42 of the toggle mechanism D is turned downward, a tightening bolt 45 installed to the lever 42 via a first joint 43 and a second joint 44 is brought into contact with the back face of a stretch 31. By means of the toggle mechanism D, wherein members such as lever 42 are integrated, the main body 40 is strongly fixed to the stretch 31. The toggle mechanism D is not loosened even when the stopper 5 repeatedly springs up, so that work W positioning accuracy is improved. By just turning the lever 42, the main body 40 can be fixed to the stretch 31.
